Yesterday I received a promo print copy of the first book I ever edited for Musa Publishing, Stained Glass Summer by Mindy Hardwick. I’m very happy for Mindy and glad it’s doing so well.
I have three stories submitted, one completed as of yesterday, and another that will be finished this weekend. And I’m planning to rewrite yet another story for an upcoming anthology whose due date is the 31st. So yeah, not much time. Fortunately I’m on vacation the 20th-24th, although my teaching class starts that same week. (An essay due in the first week of class? Really???)
I’m also working on a guest post for Nikki Hopeman‘s blog, where we will be discussing YA dystopian. The dystopian sub-genre of science fiction is one of my favorites, and I’m excited to talk about it in a YA context. I have an upcoming interview on Mary DeSantis‘s blog as well.
Finally, I’ve joined the fine folks at HorrorNews.net. You can read my first article, about the Jersey Devil, here.
Wow, super busy. But congratulations on all of your projects and successes!
